Boating Miles Loyalty Program: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Boating Miles loyalty program is open to customers who book directly through the Boat Rental World GmbH platform. Participation is automatic upon creating an account and completing a booking.

2. Earning Points:

• Points are earned on each confirmed booking made directly through our platform. The number of points awarded is based on the total value of the booking.
• Each Boating Mile point is valued at $2 USD.

3. Redeeming Points:

• Boating Miles points can be redeemed for future bookings on the Boat Rental World GmbH platform. Points are applied at checkout to reduce the total booking cost.

4. Points Expiry:

• Boating Miles points are valid for two years from the date they are earned. Unused points will expire after this period.

5. Important Exclusions:

• Affiliate Bookings: The Boating Miles loyalty program does not apply to bookings completed via affiliate programs or through affiliate links.
• Special Offers: The program may not be combined with special offers, promotions, or discounts.

6. Modifications and Termination:

• Boat Rental World GmbH reserves the right to modify or terminate the Boating Miles loyalty program at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

7. Liability:

• Boat Rental World GmbH is not responsible for any loss of points due to account issues, technical errors, or program changes.
